114 Greenpoint Avenue

Project description

Added: 03.31.14

114 Greenpoint was an old factory that has been converted like many in the Greenpoint area. The owner of the building occupied the space for 30+ years, at the time of construction the intentions were clear to build unique rental apartments with extra high ceilings. Greenpoint Brooklyn rental condo market was on the rise when they decided to make the leap, and a great decision it was! The kitchens pictured above are modern yet warm, with a hint of industrialism.
